Multiple choice quizzes consist of one submit button and any number of options (radio boxes). Only one option of the same quiz can be selected at a time. When clicking the submit button the navigation and or dynamic changes associated with the selected option are executed.

Initially the submit button and two options are inserted. To add an extra radio box right click on any option and select Add Option:
