Rollover Effects Back TOC Next

Any image and any text element can have rollover effects meaning their appearance will change when the visitor moves the mouse across them. The initial appearance will be restored when the mouse leaves their boundaries or, in case the element has actions associated on click, if the visitor clicks on the element.

If the element is actually a button, then the rollover effect will execute only if there is an action available on click. Check the sample below:

If you want the rollover to execute anyway you must set the rollover as an action on mouse over.

Rollover Images are images that change when the visitor moves the mouse across them. Right-click on the image, select Style / On Mouse Over / Browse and then Upload Image File. You're supposed to upload a file of the same size with the primary image. If the size is different FoxSet Studio will adjust it, however this may result in some distortion.

If you want to cancel the rollover effect right-click on the image and select Style / Reset:

Rollover Texts are text elements that have the foreground and / or background color changed when the visitor moves the mouse across them. Right-click on the text element and select what you want to change under Style / On Mouse Over.

The option Switch Colors will swap the foreground and background colors.

(Text buttons can have rollover effect by default.)

If you want to cancel the rollover effect right-click on the text element and select Style / Reset. (The Default indicator is replaced with the Reset command if any style attribute is set).
